WPTCE2025 is the world's largest event dedicated to research and industry involvement in the field of wireless power, covering a wide range of topics, applications, frequencies, and power levels. This year it took place in Rome, Italy, between 3 and 6 June.
Helena Ribeiro from the University of Aveiro presented the poster: ‘Performance Analysis of Passive and Active Wireless Sensor Nodes for Energy-Efficient IoT Applications’ by authors Paulo Capitão, Helena Ribeiro, Nuno Borges Carvalho, and Pedro Pinho, including participation in the Student Design Competition with a prototype of the project. The opportunity was taken to establish contacts with companies and other universities, acquire knowledge about new technologies in research, present results in paper format, demonstrate the project in competition and disseminate the project within the WPT community. This action was part of WP$ - Proj. 24 ‘OLIWPT’.
