This workshop took place on 12 June in Ílhavo, Portugal, bringing together renowned researchers and experts to explore the latest advances in materials processing, nanofabrication techniques and their applications in sustainable technologies and bio-inspired systems, serving as a platform for the exchange of knowledge on innovative approaches that shape the future of materials development.

Kierzkowska-Pawlak from Lodz University of Technology, Poland, were present with the poster ‘Fluorescein-Functionalized Silica Nanoparticles Investigated by Photoluminescence and XPS.’ by authors G. Marques, S. O. Pereira, J. Balcerzak, H. Kierzkowska-Pawlak, L. Rino, J. P. Leitão and B. P. Falcão. This action was part of WP1 – Proj.1 ‘Heat Pumps.’
