On October 2nd, the ILLIANCE Agenda received the monitoring visit of the Mobilizing Agendas of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), with a delegation that included the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Rui Ferreira, the Secretary of State for Planning and Regional Development, Hélder Reis, the President of the Mission Structure Recover Portugal, Fernando Alfaiate, and the Digital Transition Coordinator of the same structure, Ricardo Banha.
The visit began at the Bosch Home Comfort facilities in Aveiro with a meeting with the leader of the ILLIANCE Agenda consortium, followed by a broader meeting with the other members of the Executive Board of the Agenda, including the University of Aveiro (UA), OLI - SISTEMAS SANITÁRIOS, Revigrés and MAXIPLÁS.

During the meeting, Nelson Ferreira, Project Director, presented the objectives of the Agenda, underlining the progress achieved and the main challenges identified in its development. The delegation also had the opportunity to see some of the technological demonstrators in the development phase and to visit the investments made in the production and R&D areas of Bosch Home Comfort, witnessing the progress of the ongoing projects.
The visit continued at the facilities of OLI – Sistemas Sanitários, where Paulo Ribeiro, Financial Director, presented the progress of the execution carried out by the company within the scope of the ILLIANCE Agenda.

OLI collaborates with the University of Aveiro in several projects of this Mobilizing Agenda, which aim to develop innovative solutions in the areas of health, comfort and sustainability. During the visit, Andreia Costa, responsible for OLI's Innovation management, and a team of UA Researchers, presented some of the innovative products currently under development.
The delegation was also able to visit the investments in the OLI factory, aimed at the industrialization of new products and the digitalization of processes.

The ILLIANCE Agenda addresses carbon neutrality associated with the buildings sector, through the design, development and industrialization of complementary technologies, associated with 3 fundamental pillars: health, comfort and sustainability. The consortium, led by Bosch Home Comfort, involves 29 entities and represents an investment of around 116 million euros.
